Submission Guideline

  • Complete the submission form by providing your name, company name, and necessary details, and uploading your abstract
  • Ensure your abstract aligns with the event's key themes
  • Include a detailed project description that covers objectives, methodology, and potential impact

Review Process

  • The Technical Committee and organizing team will evaluate submissions and notify shortlisted abstracts
  • If selected, you may be asked to submit additional materials like videos, presentations, or prototypes to enhance your submission.
  • Submissions will be evaluated on innovation, impact, feasibility, and sustainability, with decisions by the  Committee being final.
  • Participants retain full intellectual property rights over their submissions while granting organizers permission to showcase and promote them for non-commercial purposes.

CCUS holds incredible promise in MENA as we transition to new lower-carbon energy models. This is not something new; we have been capturing and sequestering CO₂ for many years. The scale of capture and utilisation has increased immensely with our new targets, but we are on our way. In Saudi Arabia, we have the resources to make what once seemed impossible possible. The Aramco CCS hub in Jubail aims to capture and sequester 9 Mt CO₂ emissions annually in its first phase and hopes to be operational by 2027
